Full job description

• Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns regarding vehicle performance and explain available services.
• Provide accurate information about maintenance schedules, repair estimates, and timelines.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments, ensuring efficient use of workshop capacity.
• Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their vehicles during servicing.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize urgent repairs and meet delivery timelines.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance and additional services to enhance vehicle performance.
• Upsell service packages, accessories, and extended warranties to boost customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Prepare and maintain detailed job cards for each vehicle, including service history and customer instructions.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as warranties and insurance claims, is completed accurately.
