Role Summary:
We are seeking talented and creative Manual Jewelry Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sketching and design skills to create intricate, innovative, and market-relevant jewelry concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, hand-drawn jewelry designs based on market trends, client requirements, and company objectives.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility and precision of designs.
• Innovate unique patterns, styles, and concepts for rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles, and other jewelry pieces.
• Ensure designs align with the brand's aesthetic and customer expectations.
• Modify designs based on feedback and refine them for production readiness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and materials used in jewelry making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in manual jewelry design, preferably with a portfolio of hand-drawn designs.
• Proficiency in sketching and free-hand drawing with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of jewelry materials, including precious metals, gemstones, and their application.
• Creativity and a passion for design innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current jewelry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
