Role & responsibilities

• Brochure & Pamphlet Design: Design engaging brochures and pamphlets that communicate key information in a visually clear, attractive, and professional manner.
• Standee & Banner Design: Create large-format designs for standees, banners, and posters to support events, promotions, and trade shows.
• Brand Identity & Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials, upholding the integrity of Emcure's visual identity.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that meet both business and branding objectives.
• Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creative team members to ensure design cohesion across all elements.
• Feedback & Revisions: Review and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and maintains high-quality standards.
• Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with external vendors to ensure designs meet production specifications (e.g., color accuracy, bleed, DPI).
• Digital Assets: Design and optimize assets for digital use, including social media posts, email marketing templates, and website content.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience designing brochures, pamphlets, standees, and other print marketing collateral.
• Solid understanding of the print production process(CMYK, bleeds, DPI, etc.) and preparing files for print.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that designs are polished and professional.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in both print and digital design.
