Embedded Software Engineer, Samsung R&D Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architectures for smartphones and embedded systems, considering both hardware and software components, including ARM Trusted Architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Perform comprehensive security testing and vulnerability assessments to ensure the robustness of existing and upcoming systems against potential threats.
  • Ensure that existing and upcoming systems adhere to relevant security standards and compliance requirements, particularly regarding ARM Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) compliance.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving the overall system.
  • Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Mandatory Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in C/C++ with strong data structure and algorithmic skills.
  • Prior experience with ARM Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of Linux Kernel, File system, Android internals, and Android Security Model.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex datasets and identify potential risks.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cryptography and mobile security is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Python programming and AI/ML experience is an added advantage.
