Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors: This includes registering guests, issuing visitor passes, and providing directions and information.
Managing phone calls: Answering incoming calls efficiently and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Scheduling appointments: Coordinating schedules for meetings and conferences.
Maintaining office reception: Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
Handling administrative tasks: Processing mail, managing deliveries, filing documents, and completing other administrative duties as assigned.
Providing support to staff: Assisting employees with various tasks, such as booking travel, ordering supplies, and making copies.
Maintaining accurate records: Documenting visitor information, phone calls, and appointments.
Enforcing company policies and procedures: Ensuring the safety and security of the office and its occupants.
