Assistant Brand Manager - Personal Care (3-7 yrs)

Dubai based Assistant Brand Manager - Personal Care.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to join our Global Personal Care Brand in Dubai, to drive Global Innovations & NPD.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of hands-on brand management experience in an FMCG personal care brand with a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to Head of Marketing & Global Innovations.

- Develop and execute brand strategy to drive market share and brand equity.

- Define and strengthen brand core (brand purpose, values, and unique identity) and brand key (consumer insight, benefits, reason to believe, personality, and brand essence) to ensure consistency in communication and positioning.

- Adapt brand strategy and expansion plans for the Arab region, ensuring relevance to local consumers while leveraging global skincare trends and insights.

- Lead Nielsen data analysis to track brand performance, category dynamics, and competitive movements.

- Drive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) by working closely with supply chain and sales teams.

- Own sales forecasting to ensure demand planning accuracy and optimize inventory.

- Lead new product development (NPD), ensuring innovation aligns with both regional consumer preferences and global trends.

- Develop and implement ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns that resonate with the Arab consumer while maintaining global brand identity.

- Utilize data mining and consumer insights to shape marketing and innovation strategies.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of brand management experience in an FMCG personal care brand (Skincare, Haircare, or similar categories).

- Strong expertise in brand strategy, brand core, and brand key development.

- Experience in adapting global brand strategies for regional markets, particularly the Arab region.

- Proven ability in Nielsen data analysis, S&OP, and sales forecasting.

- Strong analytical skills with P&L understanding and demand planning.

- Prior FMCG sales experience will be an advantage.

- Ability to join within 4-6 weeks of offer acceptance.
