DUBAI BASED - BRAND MANAGER FMCG - PERSONAL CARE ( Top Business school) - Emami International Dubai is looking for a Brand- Manager - Innovations & NPDs for their Global Personal Care Brand.
Role is based in Dubai.
- Minimum of 2 years of pure brand management experience in handling personal care brand is must.
- Prior Experience in Brand management of FMCG Personal care is Must.
- Prior Experience in NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT in essential.
- Prior experience of working with CFT - cross functional teams is critical for the role.
- Must Have atleast 2-4 years of experience in the similar Role.
- Candidates with prior experience of managing NPD Process in FMCG will be preferred.
- Strong ability in multi-tasking is critical for the role.
- Candidate should be able to join in 4-6 weeks from acceptance of the offer.
- CTC Offered is as per Dubai levels + Visa + Medical Insurance ++
IDEAL CANDIDATE ROLE & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Lead the Global Innovation funnel as a brand development lead with superior product concepts and timely launches.
2. Drive the core innovation roadmap & game changer innovations and act as an internal figurehead for each of the product development projects.
3. Crafting a right marketing mix for each market (including pricing, positioning, product & packaging)
4. As a core role, you are required to take a deep dive into consumer in-sighting in each of the product categories assigned. Identify new product USP / positioning, develop inspiring New Product Development Brief, Develop Brand Design Briefs to create significantly superior brand identity, Drive Packaging development.
5. Lead Concept development, run consumer research / competition intelligence research / CMI Models (Need/ Occasion segmentation, U&A, Market Landscape, Regimen Studies, Volumetric Estimation etc.), to uncover key consumer, category and portfolio opportunities. Identify unmet and unarticulated consumer needs and white space opportunities.
6. Prior Experience in NIELSEN / Household Panel data, hands on experience in data analytics and pro level skins in AC Nielsen analysis covering market share, numeric, weighted distribution analysis, developing reports & trends.
7. You will be responsible for running project network timelines from ideation to launch stage.
8. Run CFT with internal and external stake holders, drive the project networks, work along with design houses, printing solution companies, specialty ingredient companies and perfume houses to deliver a winning product proposition.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive agenda with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
