Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture, engage, and convert leads.
- Create compelling email templates and scripts tailored for different audience segments.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to personalize and optimize email outreach.
- Develop and execute remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for email marketing and lead management.
- Ensure data accuracy and segmentation for effective targeting.
- Conduct data building, cleanup, and validation to maintain high-quality prospect lists.
- Map the customer journey to personalize email interactions at each stage.
- Implement email automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to enhance engagement.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Drive cold email outreach and cold calling efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies for recycling leads and ensuring no opportunity is lost.
- Leverage multi-channel approaches (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency with hands-on email marketing experience.
- Expertise in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and B2B outreach.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, email marketing tools, and automation platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills for email campaigns and sales outreach.
- Knowledge of target ICP identification, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience in data management, validation, and cleanup for effective targeting.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with remarketing, nurturing, and recycling leads for improved conversion.
