Power BI Architect Specialist

Job Title: Power BI Architect.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power BI Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI-based solutions.
This role involves enhancing dashboards with AI features, migrating reporting solutions to Power BI, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with other business intelligence tools.
You will play a critical role in driving impactful data strategies and leading Power BI initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities: Power BI Architecture: Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions, ensuring efficient data models and reporting structures.
• Migration & Integration: Lead the migration of reporting systems from legacy tools to Power BI while ensuring data integrity and enhancing functionality.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize reports and dashboards for high performance, applying advanced DAX and query optimization techniques.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance reports with AI-driven insights and predictions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure Power BI solutions meet business needs.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance to junior team members and drive best practices across Power BI implementations.
• Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience in Power BI architecture, report creation, and dashboard design.
• Strong expertise in AI features within Power BI and advanced performance tuning.
• Proven experience in migrating reporting systems from tools like Excel to Power BI.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and cloud data platforms like Azure.
• Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Power BI or business intelligence roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position.
