Specialist - Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Specialist - Finance and Accounts with a proven track record of 3+ years in finance and accounting.

- The ideal candidate should have expertise in U.S. accounting standards, including GAAP, and demonstrate strong analytical skills to support financial planning, reporting, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyze, and finalize financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes while overseeing accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and cash flow activities.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax and audit processes, while staying updated on accounting standards and regulations.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial variances, and provide actionable insights to support organizational goals.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and establish best practices in financial reporting and controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial expertise to support decision-making and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on U.S. GAAP.

- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- CPA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
