Job Title: Electrical Site Coordinator (BIM Skillset) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: 6 months contract Experience: 6 - 8 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Coordinator with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with design specifications, and facilitate coordination between site and design teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical site execution, clash detection, and BIM workflows to optimize project efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee electrical installation and site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality, and safety standards. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site teams to coordinate electrical layouts using BIM models. • Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between electrical and other MEP services. • Interpret and update electrical BIM models, ensuring alignment with site conditions. • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of electrical works. • Assist in material planning, procurement, and timely execution of electrical components. • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. • Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and communicate project updates to stakeholders. • Support the BIM team in model modifications based on real-time site conditions. Requirements: • Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in electrical site coordination in MEP/construction projects. • Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). • Understanding of electrical systems, layouts, and coordination with other disciplines. • Proficiency in clash detection and resolution using BIM tools. • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian local electrical regulations and safety standards. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Autodesk Certified Professional Revit. • Experience with 3D scanning and point cloud integration in BIM models
