Job Summary

The Business Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions. This role ensures financial health, maximizes profitability, and supports strategic business initiatives through data-driven insights and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop and manage financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability to improve financial efficiency.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Lead the annual budgeting process and track actual performance against budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Oversee audits, tax filings, and risk assessments to maintain financial integrity.

Business Strategy & Decision Support:

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Assess investment opportunities, business expansions, and risk management strategies.
Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and capital allocation decisions.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with executives, department heads, and external stakeholders.
Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial management, business finance, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
