Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Office Accounting:
    • Handle day-to-day office accounting tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely financial reporting.
    • Work with Tally for accounting operations.
  • Human Resource:
    • Assist in basic HR functions, such as employee onboarding and record maintenance.
    • Support recruitment activities and maintain attendance records.
  • Office Administration:
    • Manage office supplies and inventory.
    • Coordinate office operations and procedures for efficiency.
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
  • Software and Tools:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Working knowledge of Tally.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
    • Facilitate clear communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Office tools is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
