Banking : Manage CC, Current, Loan, OD, BG accounts, DD, Cheques, Patty Cash, LC, uploading Stock Statement
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
Analyze financial performance and trends, including profit margins, cash flow, and cost analysis.
Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts for various engineering projects and the companys overall operations
Follow up on overdue payments and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor daily cash flow to ensure that the company maintains sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
GST : Filing GSTR -1 ,Filing GSTR -3 and check GSTR 2B
TDS : Deduction and payment of TDS
PT : Payment of professional tax
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in the preparation for audits by ensuring that financial records and statements are accurate and up to date.
Present financial analysis to the senior management team to aid in strategic decision-making.
