We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, conducting demos, gathering requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves facilitating communication between clients and our development team, converting leads into business, and supporting our growth objectives through proactive outreach.
Experience Required:
1 year of experience in business development if not previously employed by Zoho partner companies.
6 months of experience in business development if previously employed by Zoho partner companies.
Location: Office-based with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct product and service demos to showcase our work and capabilities.
Collect and analyze client requirements to provide suitable solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to ensure project requirements are met.
Convert leads into business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Perform cold calling and outreach to potential clients.
Work with international clients to expand our global footprint.
Travel to client locations as necessary to support project needs and build relationships.
Achieve and exceed performance targets related to lead conversion and project closures.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 year of experience in business development if not previously employed by Zoho partner companies.
6 months of experience in business development if previously employed by Zoho partner companies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into business and close projects successfully.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience with cold calling and client outreach.
Ability to work with international clients and understand diverse business cultures.
