This includes gathering information about clients' backgrounds, concerns, and goals.Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients explore and address personal issues, develop coping strategies, and work toward mental and emotional well-being.
Group Counseling: Leading group therapy sessions or support groups for clients with similar concerns or goals. Group counseling can provide a sense of community and shared experiences.Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional or psychological crises, such as suicidal thoughts or severe anxiety.
Treatment Planning: Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting goals, and outlining the strategies and interventions to achieve those goals.Therapeutic Techniques: Utilizing various therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, humanistic counseling, or mindfulness, depending on the client's needs. (1 Year of relevant work experience preferred)
