Job Description:

- Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and vision.

- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

- Monitor progress and performance against strategic objectives, making adjustments as necessary.

- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including sales, CRM, Technical services and other operations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization throughout the organization.

- Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department heads and operational teams.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, partners, and regulators.
