Accounts Executive Cum Customer Care

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Accounts Executive cum Customer Care Executive ,

Should have a work experience in TALLY, MS office Excel, Good Communication Skills in English , TDS, GST, Tally ERP, Cash Handling etc.

• Call up guest and seek feedback
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Developers/ Construction company environment or related industries (customer care/hospitality).
• Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
