Summary: The Manager/ Senior Manager - People Management & Shared Services will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive organizational efficiency, and streamline HR operations. This role will oversee shared services, talent management, and people management strategies while fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration. The role requires coordination with key stakeholders, including the Head - HR, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for people management and shared services, focusing on operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in HR shared services and talent management to implement best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR shared services processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
  • Continuously improve workflows and leverage technology to enhance the efficiency of shared services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies across shared services functions.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to address feedback.
  • Partner with leadership to drive initiatives for performance management, goal setting, and career development.
  • Lead efforts in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Oversee performance review processes, ensuring timely feedback and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement talent development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR team and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline and promote career growth opportunities.
  • Champion DE&I efforts to ensure an inclusive workplace and equitable opportunities for all employees.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on unconscious bias and inclusive practices for employees and managers.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and fairly.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies while managing employee relations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for POSH compliance and related initiatives.
  • Plan and execute employee events and celebrations to build a vibrant and engaging workplace.
  • Actively support the HR teams in designing, implementing, and monitoring key HR initiatives and processes.
  • Work closely with recruitment team to align on talent management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Partner with other HR teams to ensure a consistent and integrated approach across all HR functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, focusing on people management, shared services, and process optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and leading HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Expertise in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging HR technology and tools for process improvement.
