Job description

As a Fresher Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of compressors and related equipment. This role is designed for recent graduates or diploma holders looking to develop their skills in a practical environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of compressor systems and components under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Participate in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Support routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
• Document service activities accurately and maintain records as required.
• Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Engage in training sessions to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Recent graduate or diploma holder (2024 Passed Out) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
