Job Description
Domain Expertise:
- 1+ years of experience in merchandising, financial planning, or demand planning or supply planning related fields within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Deep understanding of retail planning processes, challenges, and best practices.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for o9s platform configuration and customization.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on industry best.
Solution Implementation:
- Configure and implement o9s Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP , S&OP etc reference product models or customized solutions as per client request
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, empowering them to effectively utilize the o9 platform.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client issues and optimize solution effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of o9 product updates and enhancements, recommending relevant upgrades to clients.
Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the development of o9s thought leadership and knowledge base.
- Share your expertise through presentations, webinars, and white papers.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent o9 and network with potential clients.
