Job Summary:
As a Digital Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the technology or IT sector. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology/IT sector through research, networking, and lead generation.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies.
Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
0-6 Months of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marketing or technology or IT sector.
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of digital services like Website Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.
Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
