Requirements
The Bare Essentials
Experience - More than 4 years in a Graphic Designer role
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed design school
Areas of expertise: Branding and Packaging design
Active interest in Motion Graphics, Print technology, UI /UX & Video creation
Proficiency in Adobe CC, with the will to adapt and learn quickly
Preferred Skills
Responsible: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, within deadlines, without extensive input and guidance.
Team leader: Improving overall performance and quality of work through mentoring and constructive feedback to your team.
Client alignment: Ensuring that the design brief is understood and adhered to. Should be able to balance the client's expectations in addition to the end-users needs with practical designing solutions.
Communication: An acumen for public speaking & English writing with clarity & effectiveness will be highly appreciated. This role will require doing presentations and communication with clients regularly.
