Site Reliability Engineer - Performance Monitoring (0-2 yrs)

Job Description :

We are hiring proactive and skilled Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to manage client deployments, provide on-site support, and ensure the smooth operation of our AI-based camera analytics systems. This hybrid role involves both on-site visits and remote work, offering an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, analytics, and client service. Selected candidates will work from their respective regions-New Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore-and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Site Visits :

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain system features to clients.

- Deploy, configure, and optimize camera analytics systems.

- Provide training sessions and handovers to client teams.

- Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues related to camera feeds, networks, and system configurations.

2. Ongoing Support :

- Deliver ongoing remote and on-site support to ensure system performance.

- Assist with preventive maintenance to maintain system efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

3. Remote Operations : Work remotely when not on-site, providing timely support and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in computer networks, IP cameras, and NVR systems.

- Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization.

- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.

- Excellent communication and client management abilities.

- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring and connections.

- Familiarity with IoT technologies and their deployment.

- Hands-on experience with AI-based analytics tools.

Qualifications : A B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an MCA is required.
