Job Description

We are seeking a talented MERN Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong focus on creating seamless and high-performance web applications. As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet the needs of our users.

Technical responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient and well documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Work on front-end and back-end to create a seamless user experience.
Design and implement efficient database structures.
Create and maintain RESTful APIs.
Translate application and use cases into functional applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Deploy updates and fixes
On-Time Delivery

Other responsibilities:

Customer front facing
Bringing value addition to the customer
Defining technical training
Team building
Coordinate with the cross Department to resolve the dependencies in the Project

Technical Skills:

Proven experience as a MERN Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns using micro services based architecture
Good to have experience in MQTT, Websocket and Oauth2
Experience with popular web application frameworks
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
Understanding of Agile methodologies
