Service Engineer_South Region(Chennai Based)__Machine Division

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers in South region for Machine Division products such as Press Machine, Tube Bending Machines and SPM's.
  
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to machine malfunction or defects.
  
• Conduct site visits to inspect equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on installed equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in servicing industrial machinery or similar field.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree/ Diploma in relevant discipline (e.g., Electronics/Telecommunication or Mechanical engineering Or Mechatronics Engineering ).
  
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, mechanical principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling.
