Role Overview:

- As an Area Sales Manager at EFL, you will oversee sales operations within the Gurgaon region, drive business growth, and meet revenue targets.

- This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning to manage a sales team effectively and build enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in the designated area.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievements.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and acquisition.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports on sales performance for management review.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

- Promote EFL's range of financial products, including machinery loans, working capital loans, solar loans, and LAP loans.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
