- Content authoring tools proficiency

- Miro / Confluence / Collab tools
- Good communication
- Mastery of content authoring
- Worked in a liveops title and improved KPIs over time
- Data analysis to investigate problems (and proven to solve them)
- Passion to work on Need for Speed
- Driven to be creative on command and create high-quality work
- Some affinity to street racer culture and narratives
