All about the role:
This position is responsible for driving the DA business numbers in the allocated territory on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through all the channels
What you ll do:
Smooth functioning of the entire DA and Volume business as a whole for the territory
Through strategic initiatives, ensure maximum output from the existing channel partners
Market sensing.
On continual basis evaluate the performance of all Retail partners.
Where necessary, drop / identify and develop new channel partners to ensure sales figures.
Responsible for the liquidation of the stock of the partners.
Lend support to the marketing team in implementation of the market/trade schemes to ensure that the scheme is a great success in the market.
Create visibility of Electrolux product portfolio in the allocated territory.
Training Development of partners on Schemes - for better understanding and assimilation that ultimately leads to conversions Products - technical aspects, so that the level of competition moves a notch higher from just the PRICE
Who are you:
Extensive channel sales experience.
Excellent channel management skills.
