Job Title: Senior Manager Quality

Location: Gurgaon

Role: Quality Improvement and Research on New Assets/OEM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality improvement initiatives across all products and processes.

- Conduct research on new assets and collaborate with OEMs to ensure high-quality standards.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.

- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the product development process.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification and Key Capabilities Required:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a top college (IITs,NITs,BITs preferred).

Experience:

- 2-6 years of experience in the OEM or EV space.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
