2 CG Power and Industrial Solutions Electrical Engineer Jobs

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a technical in designing low voltage electrical systems or Electrical panels required for EVCI & other electrical market. Individual need complete product development life cycle expertise in which mainly responsibilities mention as below. The specilist will collaborate primarily with Product Development teams in Pune and Europe, contributing to Energy Transition & Digital Services (ETDS) initiatives.

"1. Proficiency in understanding LV and HV electrical system design requirements, preparation of the general arrangement drawing, Schematic, Single line diagram, Electrical component selection and calculations, BOM for given product requirements and can develop electrical wire harnesses for LV and HV products.
2. Provide application support on Electric Vehicle charger and Battery Energy storage system (BESS) and requirement. Having hands on design experience on sizing electrical system for DC charger/BESS product development.
3. Worked in Electrical panel industry who has cross functional experience of working with Manufacturing, SCM and testing/Quality team to address challenge s during design & manufacturing of electrical panels.
4. Able to create point to point wiring details based on control schematics. feruling for this control/ power wiring. Aware about IEC/UL/NEMA Electrical Schematics standards.
5. Can develop the Electrical wire harness (both 2D & 3D) for Electrical panels and develop detailed harness designs which will be used for bulk production.
6. Collaborate with Mechanical team for assembly understanding and impact of wire harness on overall footprint on developed mechanical enclosure solution.
7. Ability to communicate technical information to manufacturing & quality team.
8. Effective oral and written communicationand management skills as well as planning and organizational skills.

Qualifications
1. BE Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN software.
3. Able to perform 3D assemblies work for wire harness preparation.
4. Experience with Industrial controls and electrical products/circuit protection. "
