Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Manage end-to-end software development processes, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 5 to 6+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Education:
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
