Were hiring HR Executive to manage and handle our full cycle recruitment, leave management, grievance and etc...
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Manage various kind of data/ information such as employee, candidate database, etc.
- Excellent in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Manage employeesgrievances
- Leave Management.
- Prepare monthly MIS report properly.
- Assist in Employee Engagement Activities.
- Look over the Admin Department and Execution.
- Oversee daily operations of HRM.
Requirements
- Proven work experience of around 1-2 Years.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
Local Candidates are Preferable.
