Senior Devops Engineer (WFH)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr DevOps Engineer with Python expertise. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that address never-before-solved problems. You will collaborate closely with our customers and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in DevOps engineering and machine learning to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and Azure, focusing on efficient provisioning and management.
• Architect hybrid cloud solutions using tools like Terraform, Argo workflows, and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments via CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Argo CD, GitOps).
• Provide deep expertise in IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Design and maintain the microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Implement cloud security strategies compliant with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor and log system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures while ensuring continuous infrastructure improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, scalability and security for AI products and also develop and execute test plans to ensure deployment readiness and meet business SLAs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, automation of infrastructure, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Shell, and Terraform for automation.
• Strong expertise in cloud security standards, monitoring tools, and networking (VPN, DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Experience with MLOps and cloud-native services such as VertexAI, SageMaker, and AI/ML model deployment.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL, BigData, vector databases) and distributed computing systems.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, VertexAI, SageMaker) and hands-on experience with integrating and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
