Who Should Apply?
We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive professionals who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
Excellent English Language proficiency (spoken & written) – If you're not fluent, this role is not for you.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable using computers, online portals, and administrative software.
Experience in administrative roles – Prior immigration experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Attention to detail – A must-have skill for handling important client documentation.
Strong Client Handling Skills – Ability to confidently respond to client queries, guide them through processes, and ensure a smooth immigration experience.
Eager to Learn—We provide extensive training, but we seek candidates who are serious about building a career in immigration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing client files – Visitor Visas, Study Permits, Work Permits, and PR applications.
Communicate with clients and answer their queries professionally and confidently.
Prepare, draft, and file legal documents and immigration application forms.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Work closely with the Principal Consultant & Head of Operations to ensure smooth workflow.
