*Comprehensive exposure in planning & controlling embedded hardware development operations by using CAM as well as other designing tools.
*Conversant with the various methods/ways of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) controlling and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
*Efficient in providing assistance for determining the testing requirements for High-Speed Board Designs using new technologies as well as ensuring optimization of those solutions for cost & quality.
*Demonstrated abilities in layout design of Printed Circuit Board in correlation with the Circuit Diagram.
*Skilled in performing a detailed analysis of the Signal Integrity to measure the quality of electrical signals as well as mitigating the impairments occurring due to high bit rates and long distances.
*Experience in end-to-end development of Embedded Hardware/Products from requirement analysis, specifications to cost benefit analysis, solution architecting as well as the volume production methodologies.

vWorking Experience in Hardware Development, Research & Development in metering, Rich experience in Hardware design & hardware validation (EMI-EMC, Reliability, Functional, Magnet testing)
*Familiar with product lifecycle management known as AGILE.
*Excellent in writing test plans and test cases ensuring adequate testing coverage for Hardware.
*Excellent knowledge of Metering standards, EMI-EMC Testing
*Experience of working in certified LAB YMPL, Udaipur.
*Create Validation plan based on Product specification document and field use scenario. Perform Different types of Testing such as EMI-EMC, Functional, Environmental and Reliability according to following standards such as, IEC, IS, and CBIP Standards.
*Possess a high technical aptitude and high level of analytical ability.
*Team member with excellent communicational, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
*To handle complex situations and time crunch schedules would create more value for the company as well as customer.
*Good Knowledge of Product delivery Life Cycles.
*Working on Agile (Product Life Cycle Management) System.
* Good knowledge to design magnet sensing technology; cost optimized circuit, microcontroller interfacing with hardware, basic knowledge of metrology.
