• Perform accounts receivable (AR) follow-up for physician billing claims.
• Resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments through effective communication with insurance companies.
• Ensure timely resolution of claims to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve billing accuracy.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AR Caller with 2+ years of experience in US medical billing, particularly in physician billing. The role involves managing AR follow-up, resolving denials, and ensuring the smooth functioning of revenue cycle management.
