The Java/React + PEGA Developer plays a critical role in designing and implementing robust software solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. This position combines the capabilities of Java and React with the powerful business process management capabilities of PEGA to deliver high-quality applications. The developer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design architecture, and ensure seamless integration of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and React.

- Implement PEGA solutions to streamline business processes.

- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance application functionalities.

- Perform code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Optimize application performance through tuning and enhancements.

- Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.

- Document technical specifications and system functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues within applications.

- Maintain version control and manage code repositories.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications.

- Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for applications.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Java, React, and PEGA.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best coding practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- At least 6 years of experience in Java/React development.

- Proficient in React and related web technologies.

- Strong experience of 6+ years in PEGA systems and development.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

- Experience in designing scalable applications and systems integration.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and consumption.

- Familiarity with databases and SQL.

- Prior experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
