Commercial Manager (7-14 yrs)

- Inventory control and management

- Product Costing and budgeting; Standard costing and review monthly variances

- Monitoring product cost against budget on periodic basis

- Playing active role in ERP implementation at Plant i.e. all key functions

- Implementation costing systems to collect data for production - process - yield - labour - machine hours etc.

- Implementation of IFC

- MIS and costing analysis

- Playing active role in all major commercial matters (with suppliers and customer)

- Import Export; CHA / Logistic process review and negotiation

- Support and co-ordinate with various consultants (Engineering - Finance - HR etc) and dealing with various agencies at plant i.e. contractors, government department etc.

Special Skills:

- Good commercial understanding with basics of Accounting & GST

- Good negotiation and people handling skills

- Worked on an ERP and advanced excel tools

- Implement costing and budgeting system

- Ability to handle tough situation and person

Education:

- CMA (Cost Accountant) with minimum 10 year of work experience and ready to stay at town near plant i.e. Kadi

Preference :

- Having worked in a manufacturing Industry above Rs 100 crores at plant level in similar position in an integrated ERP environment

- Readiness to re-locate - At Plant in Kadi (town) ; 35 KMs from Ahmedabad

- Having worked in an engineering sector preferable in make to order products
