PCB Layout Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience building high-quality Embedded Products with best practices.
• Experience in architecture definition, detailed design & complete hardware development cycle including product validation and qualification with respect to regulatory compliances.
• Development of electronic products in power domain.
• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
• Participate in discussions for high level requirements analysis.
• Client management through weekly Project review calls.

Technical Experience Required:

• Design and develop printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and other team members to determine design specifications and layout requirements.
• Utilize PCB design software to create schematic captures and layout routing.
• Perform PCB layout placement and routing, adhering to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity (SI) guidelines.
• Generate and maintain all necessary design documentation, including assembly drawings, Gerber files, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Review and analyze prototypes to troubleshoot errors and optimize PCB layouts.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in PCB technology and design tools.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing partners to ensure accurate PCB fabrication and assembly.
