Design PCB layouts for complex, multi-layer printed circuit boards. Need to perform all stage of PCB Layout design process.
Attend Meeting with Customers from the USA Independently.
Attend online meeting and make changes as per customer requests.
Questions needs to be clarified with overseas customer through online meetings.
Perform schematic capture, symbol & footprint creation, component placement, connections, netlist and BOM generation
Component placement, trace routing, analysis, verification, and related work on new and existing printed circuit board designs
Prepare fabrication drawings, manufacturing data and Gerber files necessary for procurement of stencils and circuit boards from suppliers.
Create, verify, and import schematic symbols, 3D models, and component footprints into a Library Management System (LMS)
Technical Requirements:
Experience with high-density component placement and routing in small spaces using minimal layers
Knowledge of multi-layer board stack-ups and mixed technologies such as blind/buried vias, digital, high-speed (multi-Gb), analog and RF
Working knowledge of High-Speed Serial Interfaces (USB, PCIe, SATA), parallel memory interfaces (DDR3/GDDR5), Power Management, etc
Able to design Flex and Flex-Rigid designs
Understanding of Length matching and Impedance control
Digital signal processing designs
Embedded Protocols interface designs: UART,I2C,SPI,USB,CAN, FBGA/CPLD Based Designs.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as ECAD designer
5+ years recent experience with full time Cadence Allegro or Altium.
Experience with layout of mixed analog and digital designs, high speed buses, PCIE Gen4, Processor Interconnect , DDR4, FPGA, DRAM, CPU designs, power supplies, DC-DC converters, transmission lines, impedance controlled traces and power traces.
Strong work experience in Cadence Allegro or Altium.
