Review, draft and negotiate various types of agreements such as SaaS agreements, staffing/recruiting agency agreements, SOWs, marketing/event agreements. Review RFP answers and documents to identify and analyze legal terms, conditions, and obligations and ensure that proposed answers and documents adhere to company policies and legal terms Assist with the review of nondisclosure agreements and vendor contracts. Identify potential risks and areas of concern in contracts. Collaborate with legal and business teams to develop strategies for mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements. Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle. Work closely with internal stakeholders to address and resolve any compliance issues that may arise. Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation. Maintain records on external customers or vendors including access and tracking of customer or vendor terms and conditions. Law degree and license to practice law. 2- 5 years of experience negotiating vendor contracts at a law firm or in-house setting. Familiarity with contract management software/tools is a plus. Possess curiosity and desire to learn. Should be responsive and have a quick turn-around time. Should be sufficiently motivated to work on their own initiative Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time-management and organisational skills. Ability to be flexible on work hours to have partial overlap time-zone support of our U.S. HQ.
