QA Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer will be a member of Product Development Team. He/She should be passionate around solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices. This person will be required to apply his/her depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with our many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 2 years of expertise in Playwright.
• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of programming principles.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of browser automation, cross-browser testing, and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with performance testing and tools like Lighthouse or JMeter.
• Knowledge of other testing frameworks
• Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
