Role & Responsibilities in Telesales Job Profile for IndiaMART B2B Calling

1. Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify potential business clients by cold calling and pitching IndiaMART services.
  • Research and gather data about prospective clients to understand their business needs.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

2. Product/Service Presentation:

  • Provide detailed information about IndiaMARTs B2B services to clients, explaining the benefits and features that suit their business.
  • Customize the pitch to the client's business sector, needs, and pain points.

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Convince prospective clients to subscribe to IndiaMART services.
  • Follow up consistently to close sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Address queries or concerns raised by prospects and help resolve any issues to facilitate smoother sales processes.
  • Update CRM software with accurate customer data and sales activity.

5. KPI Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., number of calls made, sales closed, leads generated).
  • Ensure adherence to quality parameters while achieving performance targets.

6. Reporting:

  • Regularly report sales performance, lead status, and feedback to supervisors and team leaders.
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance.

7. Market Feedback & Research:

  • Collect feedback from clients regarding IndiaMART services and provide insights to the team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities to stay updated.

8. Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to provide seamless service to clients.
  • Share insights from client feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

9. Compliance & Process Adherence:

  • Adhere to company guidelines, sales protocols, and telecalling best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

10. Professional Development:

  • Continuously enhance knowledge of IndiaMARTs products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and telesales techniques to improve performance.


Preferred candidate profile

1. Must have done the Graduation in any stream.

2. Must be confident, Good in Communication




Perks and benefits


1. Monthly Salary 18000/- and if sales targets will be achieved executive could earn up to 26,000/- Monthly.
