Develop engaging and effective curriculum for instructor-led training
Deliver instructor-led training sessions
Majority of instructor-led training is completed using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, however in-person training is also an option for customers
Collaborate on projects with other members of Customer Enablement, being a part of content development, peer review and drive the timely training outcomes
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Training, who reports to the VP of Customer Success
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion for educating others and showing them something new to improve how they get work done.
Experience working with customers (our students) to understand their needs.
Experience with structured writing techniques and curriculum development processes with goal of developing customized trainings.
Software instruction experience preferred.
This role will be required to work during US EST business hours
