We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager Mobile Application Development to join our dynamic team with 10-15 years of experience to join our Mangalore office in India and contribute to our growth story.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Team Manager to lead our mobile application development team.
The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in both technical delivery and people management.
This role is integral to our organization's success, involving hands-on mobile app development and team management, including recruitment and development of team members.
Must have skillset: Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of mobile applications.
Hands-on experience in native or hybrid mobile applications development using any of the following technologies.
Objective C, Swift/Swift UI for iOS.
Java, Kotlin for android.
Flutter, Xamarin framework.
Oversee code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into projects as appropriate.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the technical team.
Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated and productive.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Manage team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and project delivery.
You are the ideal candidate if you: 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
Proficiency in executing projects involving any of the following Objective C, Swift, Swift UI, Flutter, Xamarin, Jetpack Compose, MAUI.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Experience with various architecture and deployment patterns.
Exposure of deploying products on Azure cloud.
