Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Documentation:
   
• Accurately input data related to orders, inventory, and operations into company systems.
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
2. Image Uploading:
   
• Upload product images to internal systems or online platforms as per requirements.
• Ensure proper tagging and labeling of uploaded images.
3. Diamond Jewellery Operations Support:
   
• Assist in operational tasks like addition, order processing, and tagging.
• Perform sealing, purity checking, and GLB shooting tasks with precision.
4. Administrative Support:
   
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle day-to-day office tasks like maintaining files, records, and reports.
5. Quality Assurance:
   
• Support the team in maintaining high-quality standards in jewellery operations.
• Assist in cross-checking processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Learning & Development:
   
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills in jewellery operations and office tools.
• Stay updated with company procedures and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing:
   
• Manage and process jewellery manufacturing orders as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with the addition and order sections to ensure timely delivery.
2. Sealing & Tagging:
   
• Perform sealing and tagging of jewellery pieces with precision.
• Ensure accurate labeling for inventory and client orders.
3. Purity Checking:
   
• Assist in verifying the purity and quality of diamonds and other materials used in manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed records of quality checks and discrepancies.
4. GLB Shooting:
   
• Operate GLB (Gold Laser Branding) machines for engraving and branding tasks.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
5. Inventory Management:
   
• Support the operations team in tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages.
• Maintain accurate logs for raw materials and finished products.
6. Documentation & Data Entry:
   
• Record operational data, including production details and quality reports, in company systems.
• Use MS Office tools to create and maintain reports.
7. Learning & Development:
   
• Participate in training sessions for jewellery manufacturing and operational tasks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Education:
   
• Any graduate (preferred).
2. Technical Skills:
   
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes (advantageous but not mandatory).
3. Soft Skills:
   
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
4. Preferred Experience:
   
• Experience in jewellery manufacturing or related roles is a plus.
