Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of 0 to 1 marketing and growth initiatives at EdYoda.com. This is a high-impact role where you will define, execute, and scale our marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and high ROAS. You will play a crucial role in identifying high-performing growth channels, optimizing marketing funnels, and ensuring data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end Meta marketing campaigns to drive high ROAS and sales.
- Identify, test, and scale high-impact growth channels for maximum revenue generation.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and continuously refine strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to keep EdYoda's marketing best-in-class.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in running and optimizing high-ROAS Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth hacking.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
