Business Development Executive

Key Roles

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, referrals, and market research.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Market Research:
  Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify potential business avenues and inform decision-making.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Maintain detailed records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM software. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
