- Stakeholder Coordination - Prepare evaluation reports, facilitate discussions, and conduct interviews between potential partners and internal stakeholders.
- End-to-End Partner Onboarding - Manage the entire partner appointment process, including facility planning, execution, recruitment, training, initial stock ordering, pricing, logistics, and compliance.
- Retail Network Project Management - Oversee the development of new retail locations, ensuring alignment with operational standards, budget planning, and marketing initiatives.
- Launch Support - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute successful retail partner launches.
- Competitive Analysis & Market Insights - Build and maintain a database of competitor networks and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement - Continuously refine the network development strategy for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Evaluation & Partner Management - Work with the Sales Operations team to assess, improve, or replace underperforming network partners.
Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering with 5 to 12 years of experience in network development, preferably in the automotive or EV industry
